Hello, I have the premium version, I would like to be able to put an image under each title, in the posts, if within customize> appearance> design> blog I have the option to enable the “Content type” or Complete or excerpt. I have the exerpt activated, and so the feature image of the post comes out, but I don’t want that image to be shown, I want the image that I choose to be shown, or failing that, the first image of the post. I repeat, if the content type in Appearance> Customize> Design> Blog I have the complete content type set, then if the first image of the post is shown, but I want that option in excerpt, and in excerpt the one that is not shown I want, I hope I have explained myself well, thank you

Not sure if I fully understand.
So you want an image to show in excerpt but not the featured image?
If so you can try using the more tag for each post:
