problem of displaying elements

Hello,
I am making a site with the template "Construction", I downloaded the WP Rocket cache plugin and I think it broke several things related to the preengineered elements on the template.

The contact form, for example, which is linked to the "Before footer" Hook used to appear on all pages and now it only appears on the home page and the article pages...
I tried to add the pages individually in the permissions of the element, but it doesn't work.

Another problem: the element "Global page hero" appears well on all the pages on which it should be, except on the page "Offre RSE", but on tablet and mobile exclusively + on the chrome browser on computer, but not on safari!

I noticed that the function "optimize the loading of the css" moves blocks in responsive, so I disabled it. The blocks came back to their place, but the above mentioned elements did not reappear. So I don't know if it's related or not.

I put you the links to the site and the "Offre RSE" page in private.

I hope you will be able to help me.
Thank you in advance, once again.
Patricia

Hi Patricia,

Have you reached out to WP rocket's support?

It sounds like a cache issue.

Hello Yin,
No, I haven't contacted them yet, I'm afraid they don't know how to restore element modules on GeneratePress..

Cache plugin doesn't change the elements, so there's nothing that needs to be restored.

Try disabling the cache plugin.

I did it, but it hasn’t changed anything…

Hi Fernando,
Thank you very much

Can you try removing all exclusions first?

Then, reach out to your Hosting Provider and see if they have some caching mechanism set for your website as well?

🤗 Fernando, you're my hero of the day !!!
Thank you very very much

You're welcome, Patricia! :)
