Problem importing template

Hi there,
Very strange - no errors in the console during import.
Are there any recent errors in the error_log file on your server? I wonder if there's something going on with the server configuration preventing the content import from happening.

I'm disappointed that I've bought this template and the plugin just for this demo website
Same issues on a fresh local installation with this settings:

Please advise
any update on the problem is appreciated.
Hi there,
i passed this onto Tom who will be in the office very soon.
I also tried installing the site using Local with the exact same settings without any issues.
I'll let Tom respond who may be able to help debug the issue.
I just gave this another shot and encountered the same issue - I'll have to dig in deep to the import process in order to debug. A recent Beaver Builder update may have caused an incompatibility that we need to fix.
For now, I wonder if manually importing the content will work for you?: https://gpsites.co/files/trade/content.xml
Can you import that in "Tools > Import" and see if it works?
Sorry for the inconvenience here!
It worked using manual import via the xml file
Thanks
Great! Thanks for reporting this issue, we'll get it fixed ASAP :)
