Problem getting defined header to show up on home page

I am trying to use the page headers function to create a header that will apply to other pages, but the header I create there does not show up on the home page. I can create a header on the home page, but it doesn't have some of the features available in the header pages function.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Is your home page the blog page?

If so you need to use global location: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-header-global-locations/

All page header should have the same features?

Can you link me to your site if this doesn't help?
