Problem active

Hi there,

Something had to change for it to work one day and not the other.

Are you seeing any specific errors? Can you show a screenshot of what you are seeing?

In this first screenshot I have acitve the Generatepress theme and Add-ons active but in customize I dont see the options.

In this second screeshot I have active other theme and I can see the options of GP premium.

Why I cant see the add-ons options with Generatepress and with other theme yes.

This is a new instalation.

Any issue with my account and validation key?

Looks like all the add-ons are activated in the first screenshot - They are just separated in each panel.

Not sure what's going on in the second screenshot? You can't use GP premium with another theme.

Let me know if you need help locating any features in the customizer.
