[Support request] problem 403 Forbidden

I have a problem with my website when I put my License to active the plugin in my new web site I got this messege :
403 Forbidden. Your server is not able to communicate with generatepress.com in order to activate your license key.

If these don’t work, can you provide the IP of your Server?
