[Resolved] Pro Active but the features are not present in backend.

I have the pro version active, but the options are not showing up in the customizer.

Yes. I’ve emptied my cache and tried several browsers.

Some help one this. Im having the same exact issue as the original poster

All of the options are inside those panels.

Most of them are in “Layout”.

Others are in “Colors”, “Typography” and “Background Images”.

Take a look at the doc articles on each add-on to see where each setting is: https://docs.generatepress.com/collection/add-ons/

For ne they not there. in any of them. deactivated all pluging besides GP premium. change themes nothing works

Yep, I have deactivated all of them reactivated uninstalled the plug in reinstalled it.
