Print Taxonomy title to front end

Hi, I have a taxonomy category where I want the SEO title or page title as to be seen on front end as Heading 1 by google. This sample link for my real estate category wherein as you can see from page, Taguig City NCR should be the Heading 1 for this page. My question is how do I echo or print the seo title or page title to front end? Perhaps I am asking a PHP template code so I could modify the taxonomy category template. I also do not know how to hook them. I am not knowledgable with PHP coding and all.
