Prime - broken display on iphone and android phone

Hi,
i have installed
- wordpress 5.9
- generatepress theme 3.1.2
- GP Premium 2.1.1
- Prime from the site library
The site at your address https://gpsites.co/prime/ works fine on mobile devices (iPhone X, RedMi Note 7 and RedMi 9), but doesn't work well on the demo I installed here https://www.bolognetta.net/TuPuoiDB2/
I want to remove the "header-widget" embedding GP | GB | Woo.

By going to Appearance > Widgets > Header, you’ll be able to edit the specific paragraph element you indicated.

If you wish to hide this element on mobile, first, convert the Legacy Widget to a block.

Then, in the Advanced Block settings of the Paragraph, add this class: hide-on-mobile

On the other hand, if you wish to remove this Block for all views, you may simply delete it.
