Primary Navigation Won't Display Under Header

I am having a very frustrating issue where no matter what I do, I cannot get my primary navigation to show up below the header. I think it has something to do with the fact that I originally used Header Footer Elementor to create my header. Now I just want to go back to using GP's header, but even when I select the option for the navigation to display below the header, I get the opposite. Any ideas?

Your header isn't showing. Right now your logo image is uploaded as the page header which always shows below navigation.
Try uploading that image through site identity > logo: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/site-identity-overview/
