Primary Navigation Vertical

Hi. not whether it is possible to use a layout with the primary navigation bar vertically on the left side
It is possible to move the navigation to the left sidebar in "Customize > Layout > Primary Navigation > Navigation Position".
I'm working on a premium child theme that has a layout similar to TwentySixteen where the header/sidebar is far on the left side of the screen as well.
