primary navigation V caret changed to strange characters in Firefox, Chrome

Correct: If you bring up my website in Safari, the primary navigation caret works (V).
Incorrect: If you bring up my website in Firefox, instead of the primary navigation V caret, it shows tiny letters: FI07, FI06.
Incorrect: If you bring up my website in Chrome, instead of the primary navigation V caret, it shows a small rectangle.
What do I do?

Hi there,

It's likely a caching issue.

Try using the SVG icon option instead:

I changed to SVG icon and flushed WP cache - now Chrome works fine. Firefox is still not working (I cleared cache and used a private window.) Now what?
