Primary Navigation Question - How Do I Do This?

Hey there,
I want a link in my primary navigation to not be clickable (don't take anyone to a page or post)
How do I create a primary link that isn't clickable?
Example:
Kent (I don't want this to go to any page or post)
Kent > Birch Tapping (goes to page)
Kent > Cooking With Seaweeds (goes to page)

Hi there,
the Parent Menu item ( ie. Kent ) in the URL field just add # this will make sure that the submenu can be opened on hover or click but won't navigate to another link.
