Primary Navigation not showing

Hello,

My primary navigation is not showing no matter what I do. I have the latest version of GP and I have created a menu and assigned it to the Primary Navigation location. I have also selected it to be displayed below the header and it still does not show. Can you help?

Can you check if the Primary Navigation is checked in the Disable Elements on that page?
