Primary Menu/Sub-menu formatting

Hello,
For some reason when I attempt to change the format of my Primary Sub-menu, it also changes my Primary menu (and vice versa). For instance, if I try to reduce the font size on the sub-menu, it changes the Primary menu from uppercase to normal. It doesn't seem to make any sense. I've deactivated all plugins but that doesn't help.
Any ideas?

How did you make the changes?
Can you tell me which setting did you use?
Sure Ying. I made the changes via Appearance>Customize>Typography>Primary Navigation>Primary Menu items. I then selected under "Target Element" either "Primary Menu Items or "Primary Sub-menu Items". Just selecting "Primary Sub-menu Items" (not changing anything) would change my Primary menu look.

When I visit the link you've provided, a popup box shows up and the user name and password isn't working for me.
Can you confirm?
Please also disable all plugins when we take a look as well.

Ok, I made an adjustment. The user/pw should work. Also, I turned all the plugins off except GP Premium and GenerateBlocks.

i am not seeing that issue, i hope you don't mind but i added a Primary Sub-Menu Items element to the Customizer > Typography and set it to a smaller size.

By you adding that new element I saw everything in a new light. FIXED!
