Primary menu problem

I am using the Prime theme. Please see the snapshots. The menu items are invisible.

Can you check the Customizer > Colors > Primary Navigation >>> Sub Menu and the Colors > Off Canvas Panel.
Make sure they are set correctly.
If they are, then can you temporarily disable the Autoptimize plugin so i can take a closer look.

I set the "Sub Menu and the Colors" and it is normal on the desktop. But the issue is still there on the mobile. I have disabled the Autoptimize plugin.
I also attached the login details below. You could log in the check it.

Sorry for the delay, your last reply got overlooked.
When i checked your site i see the Off Canvas Panel on Mobile, and it has no menu inside it. See here:
