Primary Menu doing its own thing

My primary menu bar is doing its own thing. Nothing I change in setting, order, add a page etc has any effect on it. Now I am kind of grid lock on my build because every page I create is being added into the menu bar evening though that setting is not checked. I have try to control this inside of customizer, as well as, the primary word press. HELP!!

Make sure you set the theme location for the menu: https://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/using-menus/#set-theme-location
