Primary Menu color settings not getting saved

Hi,
My primary menu color settings are not getting saved. After I select the publish button, the changes show in the customize window. However, after i exit customize and load my site, the color reverses back.
Also I see that the different fonts i select for the menu are not reflected in the customize setting.
Pl help!
Hi there,
did you originally import a Site from the Site Library ? As there is some CSS in Customizer > Additional CSS that is overriding the Customizer colors. Delete that CSS to resolve the issue.

I did delete that code pertaining to the menu color and settings. Even then, my menu color settings are not being saved. And now I see a menu without any background color, after deleting the code.
Also, strangely my website is appearing very white. White primary menu, white footer menu, white sidebar etc.
Could you help with this?
