Primary menu based on categories defaults to homepage

My site makemesustainable.com has the primary navigation menus set up to filter to categories. This has been working until I noticed today that each menu item defaults to the home page and doesn't filter to articles tagged with that specific category.

Can you try disabling all your plugins to test?
It looks like some plugin or function is re-directing the menu links to the homepage.
Surprise, surprise it's WP Rocket that is causing the issue but I've no idea what could be the actual problem its causing this time. I've never had such a problematic plugin. Any hints on what the issue might be? Thanks
It would be better to contact WP Rocket's support as I'm not that familiar with its settings, unfortunately.
