[Resolved] Primary menu and tagline missing on static home page

I do not understand css or how to change things. All has been running okay until I noticed today that my tagline and primary menu are missing from the home page. They were there before. I have been through all the options in customize and in appearance but can find nothing to help. I have searched the support forums and becoming frustrated.
Both menu and tagline show on the other pages. Hide title and hide tagline are NOT checked.
Help please.

A huge big SORRY!
I remembered that I followed a YouTube video to update my page. I changed the page view to Elementor Canvas. So, I have just been back and changed it to default and lo and behold my Menu bar and tagline are both back.
I am so sorry to have troubled you.
