Primary - Marketer Menu on Mobile Devices does not Work

Hello,
When I use the Primary - Marketer Menu on a Mobile Device is does not allow for a drop down of all menu items.
I have searched and reviewed other Support requests related to Mobile Menus and changed the Menu selections (see below), cleared browser cache, cleared server cache (and deactivated server caching, etc.), re-tested, am not able to make it work.
I have the following options checked for the Primary - Marketer Menu:
(Checked) Primary Menu (Current: Primary - Marketer)
(Checked) Off Canvas Menu (Current: Primary - Marketer)
Can you please review and resolve?

Hi there,
Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?
It's definitely working in the default Marketer install here.

Yes, I can disable all other plugins except GP Premium to check out any conflicts.
I've been checking the mobile menu on my iPhone (Safari, Firefox, Chrome) - I've clear the mobile cache on each browser as well.
Did it work on your mobile phone?

It worked using Google mobile simulator but didn't on my actual phone.
Disabling all plugins except GP Premium is the next step :)

I disabled all of the plugins except GP Premium.
Yes, the mobile menu worked after disabling all of the plugins.
I enabled each plugin, cleared server and browser cache and then activated them one by one (clearing server and browser cache between each activation).
The "offending" Wordpress plugin is the free Autoptimize by Frank Goossens.

I looked for other reference documentation here on the GeneratePress Support site but only found rabbit holes.
Removing it corrected the problem but increased my page pingdom.com page load speed.
Doe GeneratePress have an article on site speed optimization for your them?
