Previous plugin not showing up

Hi,
I installed WR PageBuilder this week and generate press and add-ons. I did have another plugin called WP Quick Pics installed which was showing up next to edit, when I was working on pages. It is no longer showing up.I can see that it is still in settings. How do I get this back to use it? Is this a question I should ask here or do I need to go to WP Quick Pics.

Hi,
That's odd - can you try deactivating your plugins one by one and see if it appears? If it does, you'll know the plugin causing the conflict.
