preview not always displaying from URL

At the bottom of this page - https://mindiq.com/introduction-to-java-programming-version-8/ - I have a section called, Other Courses to Consider. I put in the URL of those courses, based on the Yoast internal linking suggestions. However, some of the URL's preview the page and some do not. Seems like I am not changing anything. How can I get all the URL'S show the preview?

I think I found the answer. the link needs to be formatted paragraph. If I use Heading2 or heading3, it does not work. Only Paragraph.

I just add it in as normal links without any formatting.
