Preview in Mobile Option

So, both sites I am working on have GP Version: 3.0.0-beta.2 installed. I noticed inside the default Wordpress editor, only one site has the functionality to Preview in mobile mode. The one without this option opens a new Window when you click Preview while the one with the capability show a drop down to Desktop, Tablet, Mobile and switches the editor in real time to view the page. Any ideas?

Hey David, thanks for chiming in. Just realized I have been replying to another thread with Leo with answers for this one! Let me update here.
In troubleshooting another issue, I had to install a plugin to roll back WP and with this plugin installed, WP would not update. Removed the plugin and got the latest WP version and now, mobile preview is available. Thanks!
