Preview after editing the home page is different compared to the actual website

Hi,
The edits I am making in the generate press are showing up in the preview. However, when loading it up on the actual live website a few sections are not all to the left rather then being centred.

Hi Leo,
Yes it has been resolved, it seemed to be related to a cache plugin which I rebooted. This fixed the issue.
