Presenting time delayed text blocks

Hi. I have GP Premium and am trying to figure out how to do the following:
My landing page will be a background image on the right side of which I want to display 3 text blocks in sequence approx 2 seconds apart on right hand top, middle bottom. Perhaps I'm using wrong search keywords. Can you point me to documentation on how to set that up?

Are you referring to some sort of animation?
There isn't anything built-in for that unfortunately.
I'm not sure if there are any plugins out there that do specifically what you are asking for but usually page builders can handle that.
