Tom I need help. I have purchased your premium package for a client. I installed the plug in package and was able to customize. However the customize list is still GP regular theme. What did I do wrong?
Hi there,
Have you activated all the add-ons? https://docs.generatepress.com/article/installing-gp-premium/#activate-your-add-ons
If you are looking for any specific options/features, our documentation is a good starting point and can guide to where they are: https://docs.generatepress.com/
Hi Leo
Yes I did activate the add-ons
I can tell all the features are not there.
Colour choices in customize are what you would see with the basic GP Theme.
Hmm that's weird.
Can you try clearing browser cache?
Hey Leo
If I activated the basic GP Theme. Then purchased the premium and activated it. Is it possible that the basic GP Theme is over riding the premium?
My name is Jill by the by!
Am I clearing the clearing browser cache on the WP site or my internet site... sorry not sure what you mean...
Still learning this stuff
The theme is free to download. The purchase if for premium plugin.
Make sure both are installed and activated.
Okay yes they are both installed and activated.
Leo could you please go on my site and look at it.
I have been spending a lot of time on this one.
It seems it is doomed!
Sure send me the access through account issue here: https://generatepress.com/contact/
Okay Leo
I just sent the info to you through account support.
Thanks
Jill
You have not activated all the add-ons. Only Blog and Sections are currently activated.
