Premium plugin disappeared

Hi Guys,

Thanks again for such a great plugin & theme. I'm using the Exhibit theme on GeneratePress theme 2.4.1 I recently re-inherited this site and realized the GP pro plugin that had been installed isn't on the installed plugins page. When I tried reinstalling, the install failed stating the destination folder already exists. I could upload thru FTP but wanted to be sure I didn't overwrite anything if I did so.

Hi there,

That's strange.

The error means that the plugin is already installed.

Are you sure that it's not listed under Dashboard > Plugins?

You can reinstall it no problem without overwriting anything.

Thanks so much, Leo. I was worried I'd overwrite a lot of custom coding. It's weird that the plugin wasn't in the directory but was in the wp-content folder. I uploaded the pro plugin and it's all working like a charm.

Hi Leo,

On the site that is the subject of this thread, the dropdown carrot icons in the primary menu are showing as boxes. I tried installing font awesome but that didn't make a difference. Any suggestions on how to get the dropdown arrows back?

Hi there,

go to Customizer > General and switch the Icon Type to SVG.
