Premium Layout>Blog menu not appearing

I just upgraded to premium. I have no idea how to check to see if my server cache is disabled, I cleared my cache, I deactivated several plugins and tried that.

Can you explain a little more as to what the issue is or what you're trying to achieve.
If the issue is related to the Mobile Menu, we recommend using the Off Canvas Panel when there is really long menus:

I just upgraded to premium. I want to adjust my blog layout, including my featured image. I am not getting any menu to adjust said blog layout. It just has one selection tool allowing me to set the blog at either excerpt or full. When I watched the blog video, it had a full menu with a lot of options. I am not getting any of said options.
I am not using mobile menu, I do not believe. I am on my PC.

Go to Dashboard > Appearance > GeneratePress and enable the Blog module and any other modules you require. You will find docs for each module here:
