Premium GP: how to lay an tag over my header background (SEO) on home page
5 replies · Started by Amy on August 5, 2020
I am trying to use my header in the form of my intro on the home page. I want an <h1> tag for SEO purposes but am not real familiar with code. I usually deliver it, not write it. I want to explain who I am as text in my title but optimize for SEO. I have a background pic as my header and want the text to lay over it. Please help but talk to me like I know nothing. Throwing in code will be hard, so I will need super easy details. Thank you so much!
Hi there,
Not quite sure if I fully understand.
Would a header element help?

If not do you have an example to show?
Let me know :)
This unfortunately isn't helping me. Here is my site if that helps to understand what I am talking about. amyslagleseocopywriter. I bought premium to help me and it's not. I also got Elementor, but it doesn't even work with my background image. I don't know how to start from scratch and I hate to lose three days of work. I want my words at the top left until I get a logo. I am trying to optimize for seo, but when I put the header in according to the link you sent me, my image disappeared. I don't understand why the title and tagline won't move.
I have watched so many videos and read articles but they don't make sense to me.
Sorry I'm still a little bit confused.
What is the issue you are having? That the logo isn't showing up?
Can you disalbe Endurance page cache while we are helping?
Hi there,
If you're able to share an example of the look you're trying to achieve, it will help us provide the right instructions :)
