Premium functions not activated

Hello,
I found that premium features are not showing on my website. For example within "customize", the site library is not showing. There's no difference between premium activated or premium deactivated.
I guess that's not normal behavior. Can someone help me ?

Site library isn't in the customizer. Take a look at this:
