Preferred backup and restore plugin

Hi,
Is there a preferred backup and restore tool for GP?
I have been using Updraft premium which has moved other sites from testdomain.com to realdomain.com without error.
I just tried moving a site with GP Premium on and it wasn't successful. I wondered if it were to do with the GP premium bit or imported theme perhaps?
It's imported the content, but the theme bits are all messed up. The images are also there, but not displayed as is the elements.
