Posts won't show in columns

I'm working through this Video from Leo:

But I'm using a CPT rather than the built in Posts.
When I get to preview my changes, the number of columns in the customizer (as in the video) is not working.
Is this because I am not using Posts ?

Hi there,
How did you set the display rule location? Can you share your settings?
Let us know.
The CPT is products.
The CPT has two Taxonmies, the one this is being used on is called Categories
So the display rule is currently set to Product Category Archive, and the product category is set to one particular category
