Posts page always shows the same posts at the top

For some reason, my Posts page always shows the same posts at the top: https://prnt.sc/12efz06

Below it are the 4 most recent posts: https://prnt.sc/12eg0dv

I have tried 2 columns and 3 columns, turned columns off, tried "Make first post featured", tried "Display posts in masonry grid", nothing seems to work! https://prnt.sc/12eg3bp

Any ideas on fixing this?

Hi there,

couple of things:

1. Edit the two posts being displayed at the top and make sure the Stick to the top of the blog option is not Checked in the editor side bar.

2. The posts are being displayed by a Block Plugin - the theme customizer settings only apply to the Themes archives. All layout/styling of that Post block would be limited to what the Block Plugin settings provide.
