Hello Tom,
For SEO and building...
Is is better to use a category in the menu thus having the entire category listed with its posts or is it better to use a page, then use a plug in to put the posts for that category in the page?

Hi Jan,
It doesn't really matter if the output on the page is the same - content is content :)
