Post widget in Header

Afternoon Tom,
Apologies in advance if this is another daft one.
I've just replaced the Beaver Builder theme on my site with GP (trying to adopt GP across all new sites) and I'm seeing what looks like a post widget in my header area - see here: http://graffig.com/
I wonder if you had any advice/thoughts on how to remove.

Your site has maintenance mode activated so I can't see it.
As a guess, do you have anything in "Appearance > Widgets" in the "Header" area?

You were spot on though! not too sure how that came to be because I never hardly use widgets :)
