Can you please let me know? It was working fine this morning. Let me know ๐ March 31, 2020 at 5:11 pm #1221512 Math Hi, Please see link below. It’s happening in both Chrome and Firefox. https://www.dropbox.com/s/ttbrhv113pktb9u/Screen%20Shot%202020-03-31%20at%203.58.21%20PM.png?dl=0 March 31, 2020 at 5:54 pm #1221538 LeoStaff Customer Support Still not quite sure if I understand. Nothing changed in GP this morning so I’d assume it’s some changes that you’ve made. Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first? I’m seeing this which is not a default element: https://www.screencast.com/t/C536xG7a Might be worth activating the parent theme to test as well if you are using a child theme. Let me know ๐ March 31, 2020 at 6:00 pm #1221546 Math I activated the parent theme and still getting the same issue. March 31, 2020 at 6:03 pm #1221549 LeoStaff Customer Support Have you tried disabling all plugins except GP Premium? Something weird is going on with your site and it’s definitely not triggered by the theme. March 31, 2020 at 6:07 pm #1221552 Math I did and it’s the same thing. I do recognize the header and the image effect. It’s from the Merch theme that I had previously. Was some of the code from the Merch wasn’t removed properly? March 31, 2020 at 6:12 pm #1221556 LeoStaff Customer Support It could be for sure. But I wonder why it would all of the sudden happen. Try checking in Layout elements. March 31, 2020 at 6:35 pm #1221570 Math I checked the Elements and I didn’t see anything that would apply directly to a blog page. Another weird thing is that even though I’m logged in, I don’t see the dashboard menu at the very top. https://www.dropbox.com/s/4yfvjt96nt07jk1/Screen%20Shot%202020-03-31%20at%209.29.59%20PM.png?dl=0 April 1, 2020 at 6:43 am #1222050 Math I turned off all the plugins including GP premium and switched out the themes, then switched it back and it seems to be working again. Not sure what happened or if it’s going to come back again, but for now it’s resolved. April 1, 2020 at 9:49 am #1222405 LeoStaff Customer Support Sounds like a caching issue to me.
