Post updated date doesn't show on Google search

There is an issue with one of my client's site. A lot of posts have been recently updated a few times on 2022 but when searched on Google, though, show a date from 2020. My post meta is set up like this:

Site is using Yoast and the GP microdata have been removed:
add_filter( 'generate_schema_type', '__return_false' );
Not sure why this is happening. I have attached a couple of articles for you to have a look.
Hi George,
I can indeed replicate the issue: https://share.getcloudapp.com/wbuvoEQK
This thread may be insightful: https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/google-not-picking-updated-date/#post-1634024
Perhaps there's a setting in Yoast that can address this? It may be good to reach out to them as well if they have insights.
I also found this: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/modified-date-not-updating-in-yoast-google-preview/
Yeah, we also got in touch with Yoast about this. Not sure if it's because Google decided that the article wasn't updated enough to warrant an updated date. Will keep this thread open until I know more.
I think it may also be an issue with Google itself. This article may be insightful: https://www.seroundtable.com/google-date-timestamps-accurate-in-search-results-34211.html
Thanks, good to know.
You're welcome George!
