Post Title & Read More Overlay on Top of Featured Image

I tried posting this question on the WP SHOW POST support forum BUT for some reason, it is NOT showing up when submitted.
In any case :),
URL in question is in Private Info box.
The last widget "Related Articles" is floating/sticky on the sidebar.
Need the CSS Mod to overlay Post Title & Read More on top of the featured image about 25% from the top and background color black 25% transparency
