How do I remove the featured image on my single post, I disabled it inside the post but it’s still showing up.
There are 2 // between my name and the date, how do I fix that
Thank youDecember 31, 2020 at 8:47 pm #1601249LeoStaffCustomer Support
You have to remove it from the header element:

The image is gone but the space is left and I took the padding off but it still has a lot of space left. Or how can I push down the sidebar to align with it https://onlinebusinesblog.com/business-ideas/December 31, 2020 at 9:06 pm #1601266LeoStaffCustomer SupportDecember 31, 2020 at 9:07 pm #1601268Marjorie

do you still have this PHP Snippet provided in this topic added to your site?:
As this is moving the Header Element inside the content area. Removing that snippet will move it above the Content / Sidebar area.January 1, 2021 at 9:46 am #1601815Marjorie
I removed the snippet but nothing changedJanuary 1, 2021 at 11:30 am #1601890LeoStaffCustomer Support
Your site must be having some caching issue.
Can you clear and Disable the caching plugin first?
Please do that when we are trying to help everytime:
If that still doesn’t work, can you provide the dashboard access with all plugins except GP Premium disabled for us to take a look?January 1, 2021 at 8:20 pm #1602178Marjorie
I cached it and disabled the plugin and it still didn’t work.
Is there an easy way for me to locate all my tickets? I want to look them to fix something.
When you go in please make the content and sidebar not be so close together, also move them down a bit off the header, they’re too close.

at the top of this page, you will see a Forum Profile button to the right of the search bar. Click on that and there you can access your Topics and Replies.
Might be worth checking through those topics to understand what changes have been made….January 2, 2021 at 10:56 am #1602934Marjorie
