Is there a reason why you are using a page hero in the first place?

Sounds like you want the default post title + entry meta so maybe try removing the page hero first?

I’m still seeing the page hero code in the HTML.

Looks like you are using a caching plugin or server cache so can you clear and disable it for now?

As this is moving the Header Element inside the content area. Removing that snippet will move it above the Content / Sidebar area.

Your site must be having some caching issue.

Can you clear and Disable the caching plugin first?

If that still doesn’t work, can you provide the dashboard access with all plugins except GP Premium disabled for us to take a look?

I cached it and disabled the plugin and it still didn’t work.

Is there an easy way for me to locate all my tickets? I want to look them to fix something.

Hi there,

at the top of this page, you will see a Forum Profile button to the right of the search bar. Click on that and there you can access your Topics and Replies.

Might be worth checking through those topics to understand what changes have been made….
