Post starts overlap Header

I'm using google translator so it can get confusing. I wanted the article (page, single, post) to start overlapping the Page Header as in the site:
https://www.tofugu.com/japanese/japanese-learning-resources-april-2018/
I know that in the blog section of one of the sites library has something similar with a widget but is using the elementor.

We will likely have to use negative margin on the content.
Can you add the page header in then I can try with some CSS?

Very good the way that this theme is written. It was very easy!
If anyone wants to do this I use:
.container.grid-container {margin-top: -50px;}
