post navigation (background issue)

Hello,
I have studied your excellent video on previous/next navigation (YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-VIWJiJBDQ) and this has enabled me to set up such a navigation according to my wishes. It is almost perfect now except for one thing: I would like to have the height of the background of the title to be such that it always has enough room for two lines of text (not more and not less).
When the title has got just one line it is fine, but when a longer title requires two lines of text the post navigation element automatically adds additional background space underneath the second line (although this is not necessary). I have played around with padding and margin values, but to no avail.
I have copied two screenshots to the private information box, so as to give you a better idea of what I mean and I hope that there is a solution for this minor problem.

Hi there,
the space below the text comes from the Bottom Margin on the Headline block - which you can set to a different value to override the Theme settings.... However you can't adjust it depending on home many lines long the title is.
