    Hi there,

I followed and loved this tutorial for using a post meta template for my Author Photo, name, comments and category buttons. Thanks!

    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-post-meta-template/

One question: I placed my author image from my Gravatar. When I mouse over the profile image on a Post after publishing the element (on a Desktop), there is a hover/image shift which I don’t like. I do quite like that the image is clickable and finds my Gravatar profile. However, if the image shift must be part of using the dynamic image, is the best way to avoid that image shift to instead place a regular GB image of my profile image as the first item in the container? I guess I could simply hyperlink that?

I’ve placed an example of the Element in the private area (see under the Feature image).

    Thank you,
    Patrick

    Hi Patrick,

That’s not the default behavior of GP Dynamic Images.

I believe this may be from a plugin you have. Can you try temporarily disabling Jetpack plugin for instance and see if the hover effect would still be there?

If it’s still there, try #1 here: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/
