[Support request] Post Meta Template doesn’t work for each tag

Hi,
I created a Post Meta Template with elements for post archives, but there are someone that ignore this. It doesn’t work only for a tag in english (web site in italian translated with WPML but translation are by my American colleague).
Another strange thing is that there is only one post with this tag and if I add another articles with this tag, It work and show the archive correctly.

How can I solve?

If you change language or choose another taxonomy archive, you can easily point out the differences and the problem.
