[Resolved] Post: Feature image too big

Customizing > Layout > Blog > Featured Images > Posts > Media Attachment Size

I switched it to “full”, it’s too large to me. https://postimg.cc/RWpJhL1M

The picture takes a lot of space on a blog post. Readers need to spend 1-2 seconds to scroll down to read the content.

But when I switched it to “medium” and other smaller sizes, the image shrink-ed on a post. Not nice.

I don’t want to hunt down big image for all my posts, so I guess I if I want to set images to “full”, I need to resize container? If so, how do I do that? Any step by step guide so that I don’t mess with the layout?

Hi there,

i am unsure what you want .. is to keep the image resolution looking sharp but for it to occupy less space?
If so don’t change the attachment size, just set the width property to reduce its displayed size.
