In the end of post, a folder appears with several links to the different categories. I want that not to be seen.

Try this:

1. In Appearance > GeneratePress, activate the Blog module
2. go to Customizer > Layout > Blog and on the Single tab ( and or Archive Tab ) see here:

Uncheck the Display Post Categories , Display Post Tags and Display Post Navigation
