Post date only shows up on mobile

Hello,
I selected "Show Article Date" in the theme customize settings, but the date actually only shows up on mobile and in the Customize live page.
How can I solve this? Thanks

Can you disable Autopimize and any other caching plugin so I can take a closer look at the code?

As soon as I deactivate WP Rocket the date shows back up. If I reactivate WP Rocket, the date disappear.
Now I deactivated all caching plugings and Cloudflare
Not seeing anything out of the ordinary here.
Can you make sure the caching plugin is cleared?
Yes, i cleared every cache multiple times. Now I activated WP Rocket and you can see that there's no date
I'm seeing these CSS should might be causing some issues:

Those aren't CSS from the theme.
Ok thank you, that was custom css that I was using for the old theme months ago.
Clearing the cache was not working, so I found this button in WP Rocket: "Regenerate the critical path of CSS".
I did it and now it's working.
