Possible to export something like a Site Library design?

From the docs, it appears that the import/export function is limited to Customizer settings but without the Additional CSS. I'm working on a design that I'd like to share with others, which includes some custom CSS as well as custom Header elements. Is there any GP way to export everything or do I have to use WP's export function?

Exporting Additional CSS and Elements are done separately.
Header Elements can be exported through Tools > Export.
For the Additional CSS, I'm afraid you'll have to manually copy & paste it for sharing.
