Positioning the header background?

Hi,
Can you give me tips as to how to position the background image, such as the one for Header? I want to move the present one 'up' a little bit.

Are you using the Backgrounds add-on?

If so, you can use the Position setting that is with your background image upload: https://css-tricks.com/almanac/properties/b/background-position/
