Positioning of text using Paragraph block

The text on this page seems very close to the edge of the screen on all devices.
I can't work out where I need to look to adjust this. I'd like to bring the text in a bit, creating a bit more white space either side (left and right).
If anyone knows how to reduce the size of the Spotify embed (using the Wordpress Spotify embed block), that would also be helpful!

you're using a Full Width Content page.
You can add a GB Container Block, and then place your content within them. This will allow you to set the content width and add padding to them.
